Contact forms
There are two forms on this site: the “Send me listings” form on the buyers page and the relocation rental intake on the tenants page. When you press Send, the form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails your submission to devin@axfordrealestate.ca.
The forms ask for:
- your name and email, and your phone number if you add it;
- on the listings form: the areas you're interested in, property type, price range, bedrooms and bathrooms, your timeline, whether you're pre-approved for a mortgage, and any notes;
- on the rental intake: your target move-in date, how you'd like to be contacted, where you're moving from, your monthly rent budget, bedrooms, preferred areas, pets, your work or school location, and any notes.
Both forms ask you to agree that I can contact you by email or phone about your request. You can opt out at any time.
Chat widget
Pages on this site include a chat widget, “Devin's AI Assistant”, provided by Elfsight. What you type into that chat is handled by Elfsight.
Processing outside Canada
Information you send through FormSubmit or the Elfsight chat widget may be processed outside Canada. If you'd rather not use the forms or the chat, you can call or text me at 604-809-1032 or email devin@axfordrealestate.ca.
Video tours
The YouTube video tours on this site show a preview image from YouTube, and the YouTube player itself loads only after you press play.
