I'm Devin Desaulniers, a REALTOR® with Axford Real Estate in Port Moody, and I help people buy, sell and rent homes in Coquitlam, BC, from Burquitlam condos to Burke Mountain family homes.
Coquitlam is the biggest of the Tri-Cities, BC and the one with the widest range: SkyTrain towers, older character neighbourhoods and new hillside subdivisions. Below is how I explain it to buyers, sellers and people moving here from out of province.

Coquitlam FAQ
Who is a good realtor for Coquitlam?
Look for someone who works the Tri-Cities, BC every week, knows the difference between Burquitlam strata buildings and Burke Mountain subdivisions, and gives straight answers on price. I'm Devin Desaulniers with Axford Real Estate in Port Moody, and Coquitlam is part of my core area.
Which Coquitlam neighbourhood suits families?
It depends on budget and commute. Burke Mountain and Westwood Plateau offer more space and newer homes; City Centre and Burquitlam suit people who want SkyTrain and walkability.
Is Coquitlam good for commuting to Vancouver?
Yes, if you live near the Millennium Line. Burquitlam, Lincoln, Coquitlam Central and Lafarge Lake–Douglas stations connect to Burnaby and Vancouver, and the West Coast Express runs weekday peak trips from Coquitlam Central.
Can you help me rent in Coquitlam before I move?
Yes. I search rentals, arrange viewings (by video if you're not here yet) and help with applications on the tenant side.
Do you also cover Port Moody and Port Coquitlam?
Yes, all three Tri-Cities, BC plus Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
