About Devin
Local roots, Tri-Cities, BC focus
I've lived in the Greater Vancouver area for 28 years, I work in Port Moody, and I play soccer on a Port Coquitlam team — so I know the Tri-Cities, BC especially well. I love this area, and I know it as a resident, not just from a map.
For the last seven years I've been helping people relocate to and from Vancouver, and I've been licensed in real estate since 2020. Today I'm a Real Estate Associate with Axford Real Estate, helping buyers and tenants across Greater Vancouver, with a particular focus on Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.
When I'm not working, you'll find me on the soccer pitch or a pickleball court somewhere around town.

5.0 ★ on Google · 15 reviewsWorking with Devin was such a positive experience from beginning to end. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but he made the entire process feel calm, clear, and genuinely exciting. He was patient, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always made me feel like my questions and concerns truly mattered. What stood out most was how much he cared about finding the right place for me — not just making a sale.
Devin went above and beyond to help with my apartment sale! … He even showed up early for a last minute showing once to tidy my apartment when I couldn't be present. Devin was always honest, patient, and realistic with me. I would absolutely use him again in the future!
Devin was an exceptional realtor who guided us seamlessly through the entire home-buying process. … He was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns, making us feel at ease during this significant life transition.
Devin was a fantastic realtor who made our first-time home buying experience a breeze. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly understood our needs. Thanks to Devin, we found our perfect townhome! Highly recommended!

How do I rent in Vancouver before I move?
Yes. You can line up a Greater Vancouver rental before you arrive: prepare your papers, sign a written tenancy agreement, and pay no more than half a month's rent as a security deposit.
